This sour cream powder is used in soups, casseroles and for other baking purposes. It has a strong aroma and does not mix well with straight water. When added to other ingredients and cooked, it adds wonderful flavor. It does not work well when mixing straight for sour cream topping. A great cooking and baking supplement to include in your food storage.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 10-15 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
